How do we age well?
As we continue through our lives, we need to maintain and build our strength, our balance, our flexibility, and our agility. Pilates and yoga offer two different (and yet complementary) ways to do this. This video series invites you to stretch, move, and breathe your way to a sense of well-being.

I’ve never done Pilates/yoga before.
That’s ok. Erica and Nina will guide you through what you need to know to have an effective practice. The only requirement is that you be able to get up and down from the floor safely.
Do I need any special equipment?
Not really. A mat would be nice. If you have a yoga block that would be great, but a sturdy book or box would work as well.
